Pear Mustard Le Tamerici – 220gr

Made with the Williams variety pear coming from the I.G.P. area of Mantova, that’s a typical Mostarda which has always been used in pairing with boiled meats, Salame Mantovano and Grana Padano.
Thanks to its flavors and ideal consistency, it’s suitable for all hard and aged cheese as well as sausages and boiled meats. Perfect for Gorgonzola Risotto, or as a sauce for a Ravioli with Pecorino cheese and in all main courses, chicken salads.
