Beautiful expression of the Nostrana variety processed in purity.
The color is yellow with clear green reflections, the strong and harmonious scent is characterized by elegant fresh notes of artichoke and tomato.
On the palate it is supported by a good intense bitter accompanied by a pleasant spicy.
Good fluidity and very convincing overall balance. An oil of great value.
Pairings: Vegetable and legume soups, buffalo mozzarella, meat tartare.
