The main characteristics of the Unami Selection of Black Angus meat we reared are:
- Softness and Juiciness
- Sapidity and Sweetness
- Intense aroma
- High marbling whit high quantity of “good” fats rich in Omega 3 essential for cardiovascular health Zealand
Open the Vacuum bag 1 hour before cook, make small cut around the Ossobuco
Put same white flour on top Ossobuco, and send to the pan with Olive Oil , 1 Onion and 1 Carrot both cut small pieces.
Tourn the ossobuco until is little brown in the both parts and add a glass of white wine,100 gr of tomato salsa and same Broth of meat .
Cover the pan and cook for 2 hours, if you see the ossobuco sauce come to dry add same more Broth.
Check with the fork the meat and when is tender serve hot .
